The frame is cheap, there is plastic instead of glass over the pics and its made out of cheap wood but i found it worked for me. It came without any damage and was easy to use and put pics in. This picture frame us HUGE!! I love the size of it. I think if you are looking for a quality frame, this is not it. But if you are looking for a basic frame that is a bargain price (compared to more expensive, quality frames) this one works

Hello, I bought this 21 Picture frame because a customer wanted it as a door on a jewelry box I am building for them. Actulary it is a surprize Christmas present for the customers wife. After opening the box the frame came in and pulling it out I found it to be broken in 3 places and of no use to me at all. I am in the process of sending it back and if anyone was to ask if I was satisfied with Amazon, its products or its shipping policy the answer would be a very large NO.
